His background in real estate wholesaling gave him a firsthand view into how deals are sourced, structured, and won — and how often the right opportunity depends on having the right capital in place.
After working closely with investors and seeing the financing side become a major driver of execution, Ian launched Ascension Private Capital to help bridge that gap. Today, he works with real estate investors to align financing with deal structure, timeline, and exit strategy across bridge loans, DSCR, fix-and-flip, new construction, rental portfolio growth, and select gap funding scenarios.
His approach is grounded in clarity, responsiveness, and a real understanding of how investors move in the field.
